Delhi to Jalandhar via NH-44 (the historic Grand Trunk Road) is one of the most well-maintained highway corridors in India. The drive covers approximately 375 km and takes 5โ6 hours under normal traffic conditions. From Delhi, take the NH-44 towards Ambala, then continue on NH-44 past Ludhiana directly to Jalandhar. The highway is four-to-six laned throughout and passes through Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, Ludhiana, and finally Jalandhar. From the NH-44 bypass, take the turn towards Jalandhar City and proceed to Tripuri Chowk area.
